A Quick Devotional From Psalm 100

Wsfchurch   -

Hello Friends,

This last weekend WSFC had a one-service PRAISE PARTY on New Year’s Day. It was awesome.

You may have been sleeping in, traveling or watching a college football game, so allow me to summarize a Bible passage that I was prompted by the Holy Spirit to share with the congregation.

Psalm 100

A psalm. For giving grateful praise.

Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.

Worship the Lord with gladness;

come before him with joyful songs.

Know that the Lord is God.

It is he who made us, and we are his;

we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving

and his courts with praise;

give thanks to him and praise his name.

For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;

his faithfulness continues through all generations.

Don’t miss a few ways that you and I can express our gratitude to the Lord:

1. Shout…with JOY

2. Worship…with GLADNESS

3. Enter…with PRAISE

4. Give…with THANKS

How are we able to do all this? Well, because the Lord is our God. He made us, and we are his. We are HIS people.

Good news, huh?

Grace & Peace to you in 2023!
