What's Next?
It's easy to get excited about what God is going to next. And that’s a good thing! We should be full of faith and expectation. But sometimes, in the middle of chasing what’s next, we forget to look back and thank God for what He’s already done. Every answered prayer, every moment He carried us, every time He showed up when we didn’t deserve it — that’s proof He’s still working.
When I first heard Land of Revival by Chroma Worship, it hit me — revival isn’t just something we’re waiting for; we’re already standing in it. God’s been faithful from the start, and He’s still doing the same today. It’s not about chasing the next big spiritual moment, but recognizing that His presence is already here. That realization changes everything — it turns our waiting into worship and our hope into gratitude.
Psalm 77:11 says, “I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago.” That verse is such a reminder that looking back isn’t a step backward — it’s how we build stronger faith for what’s ahead. When we remember how God has already moved in our lives, it strengthens our confidence that He’ll do it again. Gratitude for the past fuels faith for the future.
So yeah, let’s stay excited for what’s coming. Let’s keep dreaming, praying, and believing for more. But let’s also slow down long enough to celebrate what God’s already done. The same God who answered prayers before is the one we’re trusting right now. He hasn’t changed — and that’s something worth getting excited about all over again.
